In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of your shoe, JT ROESAL will process a one-time free exchange for you.
Only exchanges are allowed.
Free exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order.
In order for a free exchange to be processed, you must provide the following information: reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small,
too big, too narrow). State the new size requested, your name and your order number.
You will not be required to return your original shoes to receive a free exchange under this policy. You can donate them or dispose of them as you wish.
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided sizing charts on our product specifications pages for high-tops, low-tops, slip-ons, sneakers, women’s casual shoes, flip flops, and boots.
Free sizing exchange requests only apply to high tops, low tops, sneakers, boots, casual shoes, flip flops, faux fur boots and slip-ons footwear. No other products are eligible for a free size exchange.
Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange by JT ROESAL.
The majority of our shoes are shipped express delivery and will be so noted on the product page. Shoes are manufactured within 3-7 business days, then an additional 7-10 business days for shipping. You should receive your order in 10-17 business days after your order is placed.
